Guo Du is a software engineer in Lotus Connections Homepage team at IBM Dublin Software Laboratory. He hold different roles in IBM Lotus social and collaboration software development, system test and support in past three years.

Prior to IBM, Guo worked at NewBay Software for two and half years, where he developed mobile share/blog/messaging core systems for leading mobile operators. NewBay's engineering team expanded from 20+ to 100+ during his serve.

Guo graduated from Dublin City University(Ireland) with a Master degree in eCommerce and from Dalian University of Technology(China) with a BS degree in Management Information System.

Family
I have a great father who act with high standard for himself and encourage me to go beyond. Now I have a son (born in 2008), and I am trying to be a good dad he can follow.
